Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since item delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@solvemylifeproblem.com} and send your item to: {Contact address @ Contact page}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Contact address @ Contact page}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund of Webinar/ Course Fee

Webinar – In case you have made registration for a webinar but due to any reason if you want to cancel your registration then canceling upto 12 Hrs. before the scheduled webinar time you can get a refund of 100 % registration amount (except tax amount ). The refund of the same amount will be processed as per standard time required. 

Online Class-In case you have purchased our online course, you have a 30 Days money-back guarantee. You should join the course, attend the complete course and use the P3Y method up to 30 Days after purchasing the course but even after 30 days you don’t find this course or method helpful, you can get a refund of 100 % money (except tax amount ) if you ask for a refund.

Change in Cancellation and refund rules 

 Cancellation and Refund rules can be changed as and when required , So it is advised to go through these rules before any purchase or registration to avoid any further problem.
