 The P3Y items that are available on this website are purely a matter of proper use. These items are not a product; they are like a medium to use the P3Y method in a proper manner and maximize your benefit. The more properly you use the items along with the P3Y method, the more you will benefit from them. There is no scale to measure the performance of these items because it all depends on you and how you use them.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. You can use the item purchased up to 30 days, but with proper care and without damaging it physically . If 30 days have passed since item delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.  


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@solvemylifeproblem.com} and send your item to: {Contact address @ Contact page}.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: {Contact address @ Contact page}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.    


Refund of Webinar/Online Class/ Course Fee

Webinar/Online class : Iyou have registered for webinar, you cannot cancel it. However, you may reschedule it maximum of twice after sending an email to support@solvemylifeproblem.com at least 12 hours before the scheduled or allocated time slot. So, it is advised to think twice before joining a webinar, and if you really want to learn this method in detail, then make a registration for a webinar or online class.

Online Course- If you have purchased our online course, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee. You should join the course, attend the complete course and use the P3Y method up to 30 Days, Even after 30 days you don’t find this course or method helpful, you can get a 100 % refund if you ask for a refund.


Change in Cancellation and refund rules

Cancellation and Refund rules can be changed as and when required, So it is advised to go through these rules before any purchase or registration to avoid any further problems.
